3D Visualization & VFX Freelancer
Photoreal renders.
Real problem‑solving.
I'm Mikael Elf — I help brands and studios turn products, concepts and raw scans into images and footage that sell. Product visualization is my core, backed by simulation, photoscanning, VFX and the custom scripts that keep it all moving fast.

About
Generalist by skill, specialist by result.
I'm Mikael Elf, the artist behind RenderWorks. My core work is product visualization — getting a product's shape, material and light to feel real enough to stop a scroll. But most of my projects don't stay in one lane: they need a fluid sim, a photoscanned reference asset, a VFX composite, or a script that automates a tedious pipeline step — and I can do that too, under one roof, without handing it off.
That combination is the pitch: you get an artist who understands render quality and a technician who understands why a shot breaks, a scan is noisy, or a render takes six hours instead of one. Fewer handoffs, faster iteration, one person accountable for the result.
- Product Visualization — photoreal hero shots, catalog sets, packaging renders
- Simulation — fluids, cloth, rigid body / destruction
- Photoscanning — photogrammetry capture & clean production-ready assets
- VFX — compositing and effects work for spots and short film
- Pipeline Scripting — custom tools that remove repetitive manual work
